A literary and artistic café, a place steeped in history which saw the birth of the surrealism of André Breton, the existentialist philosophy of Jean-Paul Sartre… and Simone Signoret "I was born one evening in March 1941 on a bench at the Café de Flore" . Le Flore was also the home of Simone de Beauvoir. A true institution since 1887, an emblem of Paris and a new home for our rosé Les Vilaines! -
